Preparation
Boil the rice and keep it aside
Cut salmon into pieces.
Cooking Steps
In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions turn translucent.
Add the red and green bell peppers and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
Add the cooked brown rice, water, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and let it simmer over medium heat until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender.
Add the salmon pieces to the rice and cook for 5-7 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
