-Cut fish into pieces.
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, mix together the ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, olive oil, and lemon juice to make a marinade.
Add the salmon fish pieces to the marinade and mix well to coat all the pieces evenly. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour to marinate.
Once the fish is marinated, preheat your grill or oven to 200°C.
Thread the marinated fish pieces onto the wooden skewers.
If using a grill, place the skewers on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and slightly charred on the outside. If using an oven, place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
Serve hot.
