Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add minced garlic and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until the raw smell goes away.
Add chopped tomatoes and green chili. Cook for 3-4 minutes until they soften and turn mushy.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
Add sliced okra and water. Mix well.
Cover the skillet with a lid and let it cook for 8-10 minutes until the okra is tender.
Add salmon pieces and gently mix them into the stew.
Cover the skillet with a lid and let it cook for another 5-7 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
