Sourdough Bread

Plain Chicken Salami
4 slices (48g)
Tomato
0.25 cup, sliced (25g)
Red Onion
0.25 cup, sliced (25g)
Green Bell pepper
0.25 cup, chopped (25g)
Black Pepper
0.5 tsp (1g)
Common salt
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Coriander Mint Leaves Chutney

Preparation
For Coriander Mint Chutney:
Rinse and cut coriander and mint leaves.
Blend with green chilies, ginger, lemon juice, cumin powder, salt, and water.
Blend smooth. Serve.
Cooking Steps
Apply 1 tbsp of green chutney evenly on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
Place 4 slices of salami on one bread slice.
Add tomato slices, onion rings, and green bell pepper slices evenly on top of the salami.
Sprinkle the vegetables and salami with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper for added flavor.
Place the second slice of sourdough bread (chutney side down) on top of the layered ingredients.
Grill or toast the sandwich lightly for 2-3 minutes until the bread is warm and slightly crispy.
Serve immediately.
