Step 1: To begin making the Sago Khichdi recipe, soak Sago (sabudana) in water for 4-5 hours

Step 2: As it gets soft and is puffed up it is ready for use

Step 3: Drain all the water and let sago dry other wise it will stick and become lumpy

Step 4: Heat oil in a wok and add peanuts

Step 5: Roast them till they change their colour to brown

Step 6: To this add potatoes, tomatoes, green chillies and sauté for about 5-8 minutes till the potatoes become soft

Step 7: After 5-8 minutes, add sabudana, salt and chopped coriander

Step 8: Mix everything well

Step 9: Switch off the flame and add lemon juice, pomegranate kernels and toss up carefully

Step 10: Serve Sago Khichdi on its own or with any raita of your choice
