Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the roasted cauliflower, first pre-heat the oven to 200 degree celsius
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, toss together the olive oil, garlic and cauliflower florets
Step 3: Sprinkle salt as required
Step 4: Place these florets on a baking tray and roast till they just soften (about 10-12 minutes)
Step 5: Take the tray out of the oven
Step 6: Add the coriander powder, cumin and black pepper powder
Step 7: Mix and place it back in the oven to roast for another 10 to 12 minutes or till the cauliflower is cooked and caramelizes or slightly turns brown
Step 8: Take it out onto a serving dish
Step 9: Garnish with pomegranate seeds, herbs and drizzle some molasses or honey over it
Step 10: Serve immediately
Step 11: Serve Roasted Cauliflower as a starter or as a side dish along with Panchmel Dal and Phulkas for a weekday lunch or dinner
