Step 1: To make Turai Pachadi, first heat the oil in a pan

Step 2: Now add turmeric, green chillies, tamarind and cook for 3 to 4 minutes

Step 3: Turn off the gas and allow this mixture to cool

Step 4: Now put this mixture in the mixer grinder with salt, cumin and garlic and grind it

Step 5: Now add some water and make the chutney

Step 6: Remove and serve in a bowl

Step 7: Serve Turai Pachadi with kirai sambar, rice and papad for dinner
