Rice Water (Infant)
Rice water is a simple, nutrient-rich liquid made from boiling rice and water. It is commonly introduced as a weaning food for infants as it is gentle on their digestive system and provides easily digestible carbohydrates. It is often recommended during illnesses like diarrhea or fever to keep the baby hydrated and nourished. This food is appropriate for infants older than 6 months as part of their complementary feeding.
