Instructions
Cooking Steps
Rinse the boiled white rice in cold water and drain the water completely.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add sliced onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions turn translucent.
Add mixed vegetables and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
Add coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the boiled white rice and mix gently until the rice is coated in the spices and vegetables.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the rice is heated through.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
