Instructions
Cooking Steps
Rinse the rice flakes in cold water until they soften. Drain the water and set aside.
In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and asafoetida. Let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and green chili. Saute for 2-3 minutes until the onions turn translucent.
Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
Add the softened rice flakes and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
