1 small cup (100g)
Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Olive Oil
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Plain Water
2 medium cup (500g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
Soak the rice noodles in a large bowl of warm water for 10-15 minutes until they soften.
Drain the water and rinse the noodles with cold water.
In a pot, bring enough water to a boil to cook the noodles.
Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for 3-5 minutes until they are tender.
Drain the water and rinse the noodles with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Toss the cooked noodles with little oil and a pinch of salt to prevent them from sticking together.
