Cooking Steps
Wash the rice thoroughly and dry it.
Grind it into a fine powder using a blender.
Store the rice powder in an airtight container.
To prepare the cereal, mix 1 tablespoon of the rice powder with ½ cup of water in a small saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and forms a smooth, runny paste.
Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm before feeding to your baby.
