Step 1: To prepare Raw tomato chutney recipe, in a pan, heat oil

Step 2: Add fenugreek seeds and let them turn red

Step 3: Add garlic, chopped green tomatoes, and saute till the tomatoes sweat and soften

Step 5: Add the cooled down tomatoes, salt, jaggery into a blender and blend it into a coarse paste

Step 9: Add finely chopped onions and saute till it turns translucent

Step 10: Add the chutney and 1/4 cup water and boil till the raw tomato chutney thickens
