Sunflower oil

Mustard seeds

Instructions
Preparation
Wash the Raw mango, peel its skin and chop it into small pieces
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add chopped tomatoes and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until they turn mushy.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Stir well.
Add chopped raw mangoes and mix well. Add one cup of water and stir.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 10-12 minutes over low heat until the mangoes are soft and tender and the curry has thickened.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
