Preparation
Boil the raw bananas and peel them. Mash them thoroughly to form a smooth dough-like consistency.
Cooking Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed raw bananas, green chilies, grated ginger, coriander leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, amchur powder, and salt.
Add chickpea flour to the mixture as a binding agent. Mix everything well to form a smooth dough.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small round or oval tikkis (patties).
Heat a non-stick pan or skillet over medium heat and add oil.
Place the tikkis on the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crisp. Use minimal oil for cooking.
Remove from the skillet and serve hot.
