Cooking Steps
Step 1: We begin making the Raw Banana & Ajwain Paratha Recipe by boiling the raw banana in the pressure cooker
Step 2: Cut the banana into three pieces, remove the edges, boil it with water and salt for about 4 whistle
Step 3: Once done, release the pressure naturally, remove the skin and mash it into a fine paste

Step 5: In order to make the dough, knead all the ingredients well into a soft dough Now to begin making the paratha, keep some flour aside for dusting
Step 6: Divide the dough into large lemon side balls
Step 7: Dust the dough portions in flour, flatten it and roll it into a 3 inch diameter circle
Step 8: Place the filling on half side of the circle and close the paratha by folding it with the other half
Step 9: Yes its as simple as that
Step 10: We will have a semi-circle oval shape
Step 11: Press the sides of the paratha down to seal the edges and gently using the rolling pin to flatten it
Step 12: Take care, the filling can ooze out if the dough is rolled out too thin
Step 13: Now to cook the Paratha, first preheat the skillet on medium heat
Step 14: Place the rolled paratha on top and allow it to cook on one side
Step 15: After about 10 to 15 seconds, flip the paratha
Step 16: At this stage, smear some oil or ghee to cook the paratha
Step 17: Cook the paratha by flipping over a couple of times until you see golden brown spots on both sides
Step 18: Proceed the same way with the remaining dough portions and serve the Raw Banana & Ajwain Paratha Recipe Paratha with Raita and Sweet Lime Pickle for Breakfast meal
