0.25 cup, crumbled (50g)

Red chilli Powder
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Schezwan sauce

3.5 tbsp (50g)
Chilli Sauce
1.5 tsp (7.5g)
lemon juice

Instructions
Preparation
Was and soak rajma overnight. Drain and boil rajma until soft.
Prepare Greek yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt and chili sauce.
Prepare salsa by combining chopped tomatoes, coriander leaves, lemon juice, and salt.
Cooking Steps
Mash boiled rajma and tofu together in a bowl. Add red chili powder, black pepper, cumin powder, salt, and schezwan chutney. Mix until evenly combined.
Slightly cook the homemade tortilla on one side over a medium flame.
Flip the tortilla, spread the rajma-tofu mixture evenly on the cooked side, flip and cook until golden and crispy on both sides.
Layer the yogurt sauce and salsa on top of the tortilla.
Fold the tortilla into half, cut it into sections, and serve hot.
