Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make Rajasthani seva tomato vegetable, heat oil in a pan
Step 2: Add the mustard seeds, cumin, asafoetida and let it cook for 10 seconds
Step 3: After 10 seconds, add green chilli and garlic ginger paste to it
Step 4: Let it cook for 20 to 30 seconds
Step 5: After 20 to 30 seconds, add chopped onions and cook till they become soft
Step 6: Once softened, add chopped tomatoes
Step 7: Mix well and cook until the tomatoes are soft
Step 8: After turmeric add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt
Step 9: Mix well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes
Step 10: After 4 to 5 minutes, add some water to it
Step 11: Let it cook for 5 minutes
Step 12: Add it after 5 minutes, add lemon juice and mix them all
Step 13: Cook for 30 seconds, turn off the gas and garnish with green coriander
