Step 1: To make Rajasthani kachri chutney, firstly peel and cut the kachri

Step 2: Taste them before making and see that it is not sour

Step 3: In a mixer grinder, add kachri, garlic, dry red chilli, cumin, salt and curd

Step 4: Grind it well

Step 5: If too thick, add a little more curd and grind again

Step 6: Now heat the ghee in a tempering pan

Step 7: Add cumin seeds and let it cook for 10 seconds

Step 8: Add the crushed kachri mixture to it and mix
