Step 1: To begin making the Rajasthani Ghasela recipe, heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan and add cumin seeds and hing
Step 2: Once the cumin seeds splutter, add the green chillies and onions
Step 3: Cook till the onion becomes soft and translucent
Step 4: Meanwhile, add water in besan in a mixing bowl and put all the masalas including red chilli powder, turmeric powder and the required salt
Step 5: Mix everything properly and add the spring onion leaves
Step 6: Put this mixture into the pan and stir continuously for about 20 minutes or till the besan is cooked properly
Step 7: Once done, garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
Step 8: Serve Rajasthani Ghasela Recipe as a side dish with Panchmel dal and Khooba Roti or the phulkas for a perfect weekday meal
