Step 1: To make Rajasthani ghasela, first heat oil in a pan

Step 2: Add cumin and asafoetida to it

Step 3: After 10 seconds, add green chilies and onions

Step 4: Let the onion cook till it becomes soft

Step 5: Meanwhile, add gram flour and water in a bowl

Step 6: Mix well and then add red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt

Step 7: Mix them all and add chopped green onions

Step 8: Put this mixture in the pan and keep stirring

Step 9: Stir it for 20 minutes until the gram flour is cooked well

Step 10: After cooking, garnish with green coriander and serve hot
