Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, and chana dal. Let them splutter.
Add chopped onion, green chili, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions turn translucent.
Add chopped tomatoes. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add turmeric powder and salt. Stir well.
Add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and slowly add ragi flour while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5-7 minutes until the ragi is cooked and the water is absorbed.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
