Tomato

Instructions
Preparation
Wash ragi seeds thoroughly and drain.
Soak seeds in water overnight (8-10 hours).
Remove water and spread seeds on a clean cloth.
Tie in a moist cloth or place in a sprouting jar for 24-48 hours in a warm spot.
Once sprouts appear (1-2 cm), rinse gently.
Lightly steam for 1-2 minutes for softer texture.
Roasting Peanuts:
- Dry roast peanuts until golden and fragrant. Cool and crush them coarsely.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a small pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Turn off the heat and stir in hing (asafoetide) and lemon juice.
In a mixing bowl, add steamed ragi sprouts, chopped baby spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, and crushed roasted peanuts.
Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
Transfer the salad to serving bowls and enjoy fresh!
