Ragi flour
2 small cup (200g)
Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Plain Water
1 small glass (200g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a pan, add water and bring it to a boil.
Add salt to the boiling water.
Slowly add the ragi flour to the boiling water while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Reduce the heat and continue to stir the mixture until it thickens and forms a smooth dough.
Remove the pan from the heat and let the dough cool for a few minutes.
Wet your hands with water and shape the dough into small balls.
Serve hot with your favorite curry.
