Cooking Steps
Rinse the ragi grain in water and soak for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker or a deep pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
Add the chopped mixed vegetables and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they soften.
Add soaked ragi grain, turmeric powder, salt, and water. Mix well.
Cover the pressure cooker or the pan with a lid and cook for 4-5 whistles or until the ragi grain is cooked through.
Once done, turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally.
Serve hot garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
