Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make radish leaves, first prepare all the ingredients
Step 2: Heat the oil in a pan
Step 3: Add mustard seeds, urad dal and fenugreek seeds
Step 4: Add asafoetida after 10 seconds
Step 5: Now add green chillies, dry red chilies and let it cook for 15 seconds
Step 6: Now add tomatoes, radish leaves, garlic and cook for 3 to 5 minutes
Step 7: Keep it aside to cool down
Step 8: After cooling, mixer grinder with salt, turmeric powder and tamarind and grind it
Step 9: Take it out in a bowl
Step 10: Now heat oil in a tempering pan
Step 11: Add mustard seeds, black urad dal, fenugreek seeds, dry red chillies and curry leaves
Step 12: Allow to cook for 15 seconds
Step 13: Add this tempering to the sauce, mix and serve
Step 14: Serve pachhadi with radish leaves along with mixed vegetable sambar and rice for the day's dinner
