Mustard seeds

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Rinse and soak quinoa and moong dal for 30 minutes separately.
Heat oil, add cumin, asafoetida and mustard seeds, allow them to splutter.
Add turmeric and red chilli powder. Saute.
Add soaked quinoa, moong dal, and salt. Mix.
Add water, pressure cook for 2-3 whistles or simmer until cooked.
Let pressure release naturally.
Serve hot.
