Onion Finely Chopped

Carrot
0.25 cup, grated (50g)

Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add quinoa flour, grated carrot, grated zucchini, finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt to taste. Mix well.
Gradually add water and mix well to form a smooth batter. The batter should be of pouring consistency.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray.
Pour a ladleful of the batter on the pan and spread it evenly to form a thin cheela.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
Flip the cheela and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the other side is golden brown.
Repeat the same process with the remaining batter to make more cheelas.
Serve hot.
