Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin with the Quick and Spicy Bell Pepper Pasta first, heat a sauce pan with enough water to boil the pasta, drop the pasta into the boiling water, sprinkle some salt
Step 2: Cook the pasta until it is just cooked or "Al dente", drain all the water, run the pasta over a running water
Step 3: Drizzle some oil and mix well to stop cooking
Step 4: Heat a sauce pan with oil and add chopped onions
Step 5: Saute the onions until they become translucent and add ginger garlic paste and give it a toss
Step 6: Cook the onions well with the paste
Step 7: As the onions are cooked well add chopped bell peppers also and saute them for 6 - 8 minutes
Step 8: Now add green chillies, red chilli sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar and 2 tablespoons of water and cook it for another 3 minutes so that the raw smell goes off
Step 9: Add the boiled pasta to the mixture and give it a gentle mix and toss it thoroughly
