Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add sliced onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add green chilies, and salt. Mix well.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Stir well.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 10-12 minutes over low heat until the onions are cooked.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
