Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make Punjabi style egg curry recipe, first heat water in a saucepan
Step 2: Add eggs to it and cook for 15 minutes
Step 3: Turn off the gas when cracks begin to appear on the outer skin
Step 4: Allow to cool and then take out the skin
Step 5: After peeling, cut it in half and keep it aside
Step 6: Now heat oil in a pan
Step 7: Add long, bay leaves, cardamom and cook for 30 seconds
Step 8: Now add onions, green chilies and cook till the onions become soft
Step 9: After the onion becomes soft, add ginger garlic paste to it and cook it for 3 to 5 minutes
Step 10: After 3 to 5 minutes, add tomato puree, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix well
Step 11: Add 1/2 cup water and cook until thickened
Step 12: After the gravy is thick, add eggs and garnish with green coriander
