Tender Coconut

Preparation
Blend the coconut, jeera, and ginger with a little water into a smooth paste.
Cooking Steps
Step 1: Whisk the Curd
- Mix skimmed milk curd, water, turmeric powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk until smooth and lump-free.
Step 2: Cook the Base Mixture
- Add the coconut paste into the curd mixture.
- Place the mixture on very low heat and cook while stirring continuously.
- Do not allow it to boil, as boiling may cause the curd to split.
Step 3: Prepare the Tempering
- Heat oil in a small pan.
- Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- Add fenugreek seeds, dry red chilli, and curry leaves.
- Sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
- Pour the tempering over the prepared curry and mix gently.
- Serve hot
