Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making Pudina Quinoa Recipe first wash 1 cup quinoa and soak for two hours
Step 2: Make sure you wash quinoa nicely to remove any dirt
Step 3: Heat ghee into the pressure cooker and once the ghee is hot add the garlic and onions and saute till the onions soften
Step 4: Stir in the green chilli, quinoa and the dry spices, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom
Step 5: Add salt to taste and toss everything on high heat for two minutes
Step 6: Add two cups of water and give two whistles
Step 7: After two whistles reduce the flame to low and simmer the quinoa for 15 minutes and turn off the heat
Step 8: Allow the pressure release naturally
Step 9: After you open the pressure cooker with the help of a spoon fluff up the quinoa
Step 10: Add the finely chopped mint leaves and combine Pudina Quinoa
Step 11: Turn off the flame and remove Pudina Quinoa into a serving bowl
Step 12: Serve Pudina Quinoa Recipe for lunch along with Dhingri Matar or a simple Tomato Onion Cucumber Raita
