Instructions
Preparation
Wash and destem the mint and coriander leaves.
Cooking Steps
Place the fresh mint leaves, fresh coriander leaves, green chilies and ginger in a blender.
Add salt and the lemon juice to the blender.
Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and thick paste. If the mixture is too thick to blend, you can add a little water to help with the blending process. Avoid adding too much water, as you want the chutney to be relatively thick.
Taste the chutney and adjust the salt and lemon juice as needed to suit your taste.
