-Soak chia seeds at least 2 hours.
Cooking Steps
Rinse prune under cold water.
Take water in pot, bring water to boil. Turn off the flame.
Add the prune to the water.
Cover the pot with a lid.
Let the prune soak in the water overnight.
The next morning, remove the prune from the water and discard them.
In the morning, add 1 tsp soaked chia seeds to the glass.
Stir well and serve immediately.
