Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make prawn fried rice, first marinate the parvans
Step 2: Now put red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt on it and keep it aside for 30 minutes
Step 3: Take out the peel of the carrot and chop it thin
Step 4: Also cut the capsicum thinly
Step 5: In a saucepan, add the rice along with bay leaves, black pepper and salt
Step 6: Add water and cook rice as per use
Step 7: Add 1 teaspoon of oil to it so that the rice does not stick
Step 8: After the rice is cooked, cool it down
Step 9: Add cinnamon powder and black pepper powder to the rice and mix
Step 10: Now heat oil in a pan and add onions
Step 11: Cook onion until it becomes soft
Step 12: Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for next 2 minutes
Step 13: Now add vegetables and let it cook for 2 minutes
Step 14: Cut the prawns in 2 or 3 pieces and put them in the pan
Step 15: Let it cook for 7 to 8 minutes
Step 16: After 8 minutes add all the sauces, mix and cook for 1 minute
Step 17: Add salt and butter, mix and garnish with green coriander
Step 18: Serve prawn fried rice with Manchurian for dinner
