Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make Aloo Methi Sabzi, first boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker till they come to the city
Step 2: First heat the oil in a pan
Step 3: Add cumin and chopped potatoes to it
Step 4: Add some tamak and turmeric powder
Step 5: Mix and cook until the potatoes turn light brown
Step 6: Now add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and tomatoes
Step 7: Cook for 2 minutes, keep the pan aside
Step 8: Now heat oil in a small pan
Step 9: Add onion and ginger to it
Step 10: Cook onions until slightly soft and light brown
Step 11: After the onion becomes soft, add fenugreek to it and cook till it becomes soft
Step 12: After fenugreek becomes soft, mix this mixture in potato
Step 13: Now put the potato pan on the gas again and let it cook for the next 2 minutes
Step 14: Turn off the gas after 2 minutes and serve
Step 15: Serve the Aloo Methi vegetable along with Garlic Dal and Tawa Paratha for dinner
