Sunflower oil

Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour & salt.
Gradually add water and knead to form a smooth and stiff dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Heat oil in a deep-frying pan on medium heat.
On a lightly floured surface, take a small dough and roll out into a small poori. Be careful not to make it too thick.
Once the oil is hot enough, carefully slide in one poori at a time. Press it gently with a slotted spoon so that it puffs up. Fry until it turns golden brown on both sides.
Remove the fried poori and place it on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Serve the poori hot.
