Pomegranate
1 small cup arils (100g)
Carrot
0.5 cup, chopped (100g)
Plain Water
0.5 small cup (100g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
Add the chopped carrot, pomegranate arils, to a blender.
Pour in 1/2 cup (100ml) of water. Adjust the water quantity based on your desired consistency.
Blend everything until smooth. Do not strain the smoothie to retain all the fiber and nutrients.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
