Soaked Wheat Dalia 5-10min.
Cooking Steps

Rinse the wheat dalia in water and drain.

In a pressure cooker, add the rinsed dalia, water & pitted dates.

Close the pressure cooker and cook on medium heat for 2-3 whistles.
