Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Pizza Pinwheels Recipe, take warm water, oil, sugar and salt
Step 2: Add yeast to it and whisk it well
Step 3: Set it aside
Step 4: Sieve wheat flour and maida in a mixing bowl
Step 5: Now add the flour mixture to the yeast solution
Step 6: Mix well and knead it to a soft pliable dough
Step 7: Set aside to rest in a warm place for atleast an hour
Step 8: Dust your kitchen surface and roll it to slightly thick long rectangle shape
Step 9: Add pizza sauce and sprinkle oregano
Step 10: Then sprinkle onion, tomato, olive, capsicum and grated cheese
Step 11: Roll it tightly to a log
Step 12: Cling wrap it and refrigerate it for 10 minutes so that the dough becomes stiff and you can cut them easily
Step 13: Preheat oven at 180 deg C for 10 minutes
Step 14: Brush the pizza roll with little oil and then brush it with oil and cut into slightly thick slices
Step 15: Line the baking tray with silver foil/butter paper
Step 16: Arrange the pizza slices, sprinkle cheese, oregano and chilli flakes
Step 17: Bake in preheated oven at 180 deg C for 12 to 15 minutes or until the edges start to brown
Step 18: Serve Pizza Pinwheels as a starter along with Pizza Margherita and Burnt Garlic Pasta With Mushroom and Toffee Banana for a perfect weekend dinner with a glass of wine
