Bottle gourd, elongate, pale green
100 gms (100g)
Plain Water
0.5 small cup (100g)

Preparation
Peel and chop the pineapple into small chunks. Remove the tough core if necessary.
Peel the bottle gourd, and chop into small pieces. Ensure the bottle gourd is fresh and not bitter (taste a small piece before use).
Cooking Steps
Add pineapple chunks, bottle gourd pieces, to a blender.
Pour in 1/2 cup (100ml) of water. Adjust the water quantity based on your desired consistency.
Blend everything until smooth. Do not strain the smoothie to retain all the fiber and nutrients.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
NotesYou can also add 1 tbsp Sattu flour (Optional).
