Step 1: To begin making Pineapple and Dill granita, firstly add sugar, dill, water in a pan and heat it until the sugar has completely dissolved

Step 4: Place the pineapple, sugar syrup, ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth

Step 5: Pour the mixture into a 9 inch freeze safe/baking pan and freeze for an hour

Step 6: Using a fork scrape the granita

Step 7: Freeze for about 2 hours or until set
