Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine the whisked yogurt, salt, and grated vegetables. Mix well.
Heat oil in a small pan for tempering. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, and asafoetida. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
Pour the tempering over the yogurt-vegetable mixture and stir well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve chilled or at room temperature with steamed rice or as a side dish.
