Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine sesame oil, light soy sauce. Mix well.
Add the broccoli florets, shredded cabbage, and peas to the marinade. Toss well to coat all the vegetables evenly.
Place the marinated vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding; cook in batches if necessary.
Air fry at 180°C (350°F)for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
After 10 minutes, check for doneness. The vegetables should be tender yet slightly crisp with a light char.
Once done, transfer the vegetables to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and toss gently. Serve it
