Green Peas
0.25 small cup (25g)
Cabbage
1 cup, chopped (200g)
Olive Oil
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Clove Garlic, Chopped

Common salt

Chilli flakes

0.5 cup, chopped (100g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ginger paste and chopped garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add chopped cabbage and broccoli, and cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Add peas and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the peas are cooked but still have a crunch.
In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, red chili flakes, and salt. Pour this mixture over the vegetables and stir well until the vegetables are coated in the sauce.
Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
