Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make Peanut Garlic Chutney Powder Recipe, dry roast peanuts and remove skin
Step 2: Keep it aside
Step 3: Heat the kadai, add a spoon of oil and roast red chillies till they turn a little dark colour
Step 4: Keep them aside
Step 5: In the same kadai, roast cumin seeds and tamarind
Step 6: Need not add oil to it
Step 7: Allow them to cool
Step 8: In a blender jar, combine red chillies, cumin seeds and tamarind
Step 9: Grind them to make a coarse powder
Step 10: Add salt, peanuts and again grind them
Step 11: Lastly, add garlic cloves and press whip or pulse button in the mixer jar
Step 12: Store this powder in an air tight container
Step 13: This powder lasts for 15 days to one month
