Step 1: To make the parwal masala recipe, first wash and peel the parwal

Step 2: Cut it in half and keep it aside

Step 3: In a mixer grinder, add ginger, tomato, watermelon and make a paste

Step 4: Now heat oil in a pan

Step 5: Add parwal and cook till it becomes soft

Step 6: Keep it aside

Step 7: Now add bay leaves, tomato ginger paste in the same pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes

Step 8: After 4 minutes add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and mix

Step 9: Allow to cook for 3 minutes and after that add parwal, water and let it cook

Step 10: Cook for 5 minutes, turn off the gas and serve
