Cooking Steps
Steam the zucchini: In a steamer or pot with a steaming basket, steam the zucchini slices for 5-7 minutes until tender but still slightly crunchy.
Lightly steam the paneer cubes: Add the paneer cubes to the steamer and steam for 2-3 minutes, just enough to warm them without losing their texture.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the steamed zucchini and paneer cubes.
