Preparation
Gently remove each lettuce leaves from the head.
Cooking Steps
In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add bell peppers and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until they soften.
Add grated paneer, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the paneer is heated through.
Take a lettuce leaf and place 1-2 tablespoons of the paneer filling in the center.
Roll the lettuce leaf tightly around the filling to form a wrap.
Repeat with the remaining lettuce leaves and paneer filling.
